We aim to process orders the same day if ordered by 12:00 pm, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.  If you need your order urgently, just let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you!

For International deliveries they may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses incurred due to complying with foreign regulatory requirements or law.  You will be responsible for any such duties or taxes if your government places these on your items.  Please note that we have no control over these charges, and cannot predict their amount.  If you have any issues or concerns, you can contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information prior to placing your order.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchases from Rebecca Tracey, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  Please return to:

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Please note that with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.  If you are to return an item, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage in the unlikely event that your package fails to reach us.
