At Rebecca Tracey, we hand-pour every candle in small batches in our Stratford-upon-Avon studio. The vessels we use are beautiful and we think it's a shame for them to end up in landfill once the last drop of wax has burned.

That's why we created the Second Life Programme. Return your empty Rebecca Tracey vessels to us, and we'll clean them, refill them and give them a new purpose. As a thank you, we'll reward you with a gift from our collection.

It's simple. It's good for the planet. And it means your favourite candle lives on.

How it works

  • Return your vessel

    Bring your clean, empty Rebecca Tracey vessel into our Stratford-upon-Avon shop, hand it to us at an event, or post it back to us. We'll take care of the rest.

  • We give it a second life

    We clean, refill and reuse every returned vesselkeeping beautiful glass out of landfill and giving it a new purpose.

  • You get rewarded

    As a thank you for returning your vessels, we'll send you a gift from our collection. The more you return, the better the
    reward.

Not local? No problem.

If you're an online customer, simply save up your empty vessels and post them back to us together. Posting 6 vessels together costs less than £3 — and we'll post your reward gift back to youcompletely free of charge.

Please make sure vessels are clean and dry before posting. Wrap them carefully to avoid breakage in transit.

Questions about the programme

Which vessels can I return?

You can return any clean, empty Rebecca
Tracey candle vessel, both 30cl candles and travel companion candles are
included in the scheme.

Dothe vessels need to be clean?

Yes please. Give your vessel a quick wash
with warm soapy water and make sure it's completely dry before returning or
posting it. This helps us process and reuse them quickly.

CanI return vessels in store?

Absolutely — just bring them into our
Stratford-upon-Avon studio. We'll take them from you and stamp your record on
the spot.

How do I claim my reward if I post my vessels?

Once we receive your vessels, we'll be in
touch to arrange your reward gift. We aim to send rewards within 5 working days
of receiving returned vessels.

Can I mix 30cl and travel candle vessels?

The rewards are per vessel size — 6 x 30cl
vessels earns a travel candle, and 6 x travel candle vessels earns a roller
ball. You can work towards both at the same time.
