Our Products
Are your products vegan?
Yes absolutely. All Rebecca Tracey products are 100% vegan, made with plant-based wax and pure essential oils. We never use beeswax or animal by products. Our ingredients are cruelty-free and ethically sourced.
Can I use the melted wax on my skin?
Yes! Our candles are crafted with a skin-safe botanical wax blend, so once the wax has melted and cooled slightly, you can apply it directly to your skin as a nourishing moisturiser. It's one of the things that makes our candles truly unique.
Are your products natural?
Yes. We use only pure essential oils and natural botanical waxes — no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no SLS. Every product is made with ingredients we'd be happy to put on our own skin.
Where are your products made?
All Rebecca Tracey products are hand-poured in small batches in our studio in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. We're proud to be a British, independent brand.
Candle Care
How long will my candle burn for?
Burn time varies by candle size. Our standard candles burn for up to 40 hours, our large 3-wick candles for up to 60 hours. Burn time is listed on each individual product page.
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to 5mm before every burn. On the first burn, allow the wax to pool fully to the edges of the vessel asthis prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling happens when a candle is extinguished before the wax has fully pooled to the edges. Always allow a full melt pool on the first burn. If your candle has already tunnelled, try the foil method — wrap foil around the top of the candle and burn for 1–2 hours to even out the wax.
Can I reuse my candle vessel?
Yes — and we encourage it! Once your candle has burned down, place the vessel in the freezer for an hour, then pop out the remaining wax. Clean with warm soapy water and use as a plant pot, pen holder, or anything you like. You can also return it to us as part of our Recycling Scheme.
Delivery & Returns
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love everything you receive. If you're not completely happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Our Recycling Scheme
What is the Rebecca Tracey Recycling Scheme?
We believe beautiful packaging shouldn't end up in landfill. Give your vessel a quick wash with warm soapy water and make sure it's completely dry before returning or posting it to us in store or by post and we'll refill and reuse them, giving them a second life and reducing waste.
How do I return my empty vessel?
Bring it into our Stratford-upon-Avon shop, or post it back to us (details on our Recycling Project page). We'll credit your account with a discount on your next order
as a thank you.
