Using my Chill Out Roller Ball has become part of my bedtime ritual! The smell is calming, relaxing and its like being wrapped in a soft, warm blanket. Don’t just use it for bedtime though take it with you everywhere and use it for those moments when you feel anxious, take a deep breath and breathe in a sense of calm and peacefulness. Enjoy!!
