Smell training is a safe and simple method to recover your sense of smell and overcome parosmia (where smells are distorted).

The Abscent set includes:
- 1 x Rebecca Tracey postcard with smell training instructions
- 4 x 10ml Essential Oils: Lemon, Rose Otto with organic jojoba oil, Eucalyptus, Clove Bud
- 1 x Organic Muslin Cloth
- 1 x Rebecca Tracey natural linen bag
Instructions:
- Inhale each essential oil from the organic muslin cloth or fabric of your choice
- Taking deep breaths continue to inhale deeply for 20 seconds
- Repeat this with each scent
- Repeat daily
- Whilst inhaling, it is important to engage your brain and think about each scent
