Not only does this smell lovely but I genuinely believe it works. I went on holiday with the family and all of them came down with a really bad cold. We had a 5 hour car journey to get to our destination and stayed in a lodge, there was no getting away from them. Every night I used this oil with the peri portable diffuser, I was the only one who didn't get the cold. It is now my go to if I feel any kind of cold symptoms, I just put it on when I go to bed and it does the job.
