How to Use
Diffuser: Add 5–8 drops to your diffuser with water and enjoy.
Bath: Add 5–8 drops directly into running water.
Massage: Dilute 2–3 drops in 10ml of carrier oil before applying to the skin.
Inhalation: Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale deeply.
